I paid my mobile bill yesterday but must have pressed wrong button its now on a credit for data rather than phone bill.. How fo i get that sorted? Any ideas please? Thank you

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHow do you usually pay your phone bill as usually Sky will take it automatically from you each month meaning there is no need to make a manual payment as you have done which might be why it has gone on your account as a credit.
The credit itself can be either left as it will be used to pay next months bill or it can be refunded help of which can be arranged via here if you would like ?
