Can’t complete order online message

  • Everytime I try to amend my account online e.g. change tv package or upgrade phone I get an error message saying 

    'Unfortunately, we can't complete your order online'.

  • I can call up and make changes but it's really frustrating not being able to use the app or online account. Any ideas why this is happening?

As we are customers here then we can't say why this is happening I'm afraid so when you call up ask Sky to look into this for you.
