Hey. I've just got an eSIM for my business number (also have a personal sky account). How do I set up separate billing / direct debit for the eSIM so it links with my business and not personal account? Thankyou!

You can't.
Sky mobile is not a business service - as stated at the top of the contract. It's a personal, non-commercial service.
