Can't change my address

I've contacted sky a while ago more than once to change my address, they said they will but its still the same old address. Why can't I just change it myself? I left that old address in April and its still the same. Please change my address.

It is only Sky that can change your address so if you have called them this should have happened so you will have to speak to them again about this.
