Sky VIP on iPhone

I cannot seem to access sky VIP on my app. I'm a sky mobile only customer. I can look at offers on the website but when I try to click it just keeps telling me to download the app to see more, but then when I open the app, I get a message saying "we're sorry you can't join VIP right now" (pic attached). I'm over the cancellation period. I'm not sure what is going wrong. I've deleted and reinstalled the app and still get the same issue.

Hi @MrsHH17  all you can do is call sky on 150 to see if they can get to the bottom of it for you.

Have contacted an agent today and am told there's nothing they can do....hopefully someone sees this post who has had the same issue and managed to resolve it can let me know how they did it 🤷‍♀️
