I need to speak to someone a d all I keep getting is an automated answer machine telling me I need to enter a new payment method. I have actually paid double the amount but then again been charged twice so what was originally £26 I have now paid £104 I am now in my overdraft please help!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAre your services currently restricted? If so you won't be able to speak to Sky until you've paid any amount you still owe (or Sky believe you owe) and set up a new continuous payment method.

@JordanandSian50 Are your services restricted? If yes as well as paying you also setup a new continuous payment method before your services are restored and are able to speak to sky
alternatively try calling from a number not linked to your account or by putting 141 before sky's number

Regardless of whether or not you've paid, Sky require you to have a direct debit or continuous card payment in place - it's part of the contractual terms and conditions you agreed to. Once you do that, you should be able to speak to an adviser.
