sky refund for cancelling sky tv

i cancelled my sky tv package and sky are due me a refund the person i spoke to said keep direct debt open and refund would hit my bank on the 8th. been and gone and still no refund cant get anywhere in trying to contact them anyone else had this

Automatic refunds can take up to 6 weeks from the date your services ended.

If your services have now been cancelled then if you give Sky a call they should be able to arrange any amount left on your account to be refunded to you within a week.

Do u have a phone number for them then one the virtual assistant was giving me was for my sky mobile account

If you have a Sky Mobile then the free number to call Sky support on regarding this is just 150.
