@Johnneedshelp  No one from sky will contact you because of a forum post as they can't identify you as your community id isn't linked to your sky account

I received a letter , saying my bill will go up but not by how much . It says o we 12 months I'm going g to save 240euro though? So I have saving not cost. I was told in the letter to come to this site to see my bill , but the bill page is restricted and when I call the phone number it says this number is unavailable. I am really confused by all this.  How do I contact sky its not in the letter?

You need to instigate contact but if your services are restricted Sky won't talk to you until the outstanding amount is paid. Is this the case?

You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, alternatively you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

It hasn't helped that you've posted in multiple threads which has confused things.

I presume you're in the ROI as you've mentioned euros. Their Customer Services Centres are not open as long as the UK ones. The quickest option is to call the ROI call centre tomorrow on the given 0818 ROI number. Mention to them your billing page shows as restricted. We could escalate your issue to Sky but you being in the ROI would delay that process.

Restrictions are applied automatically and Sky agents can’t override this process. Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what they believe is owed and set up a new continuous payment method.

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. If you’re in arrears for 56 days or more Sky can fully terminate your subscription. Any calls to Sky will only prompt you to make a payment.

Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. (Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week).

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link

I was told to pay part bill and I will be reinstated which I did I can't not have my phone I'm at home alone and have bo phone I'm only 5 days late I need someone at sky to call me now.
