Can an agent contact me please

Would an agent please get in touch with me regarding a mobile account query/issue. Thank you

You are not talking to sky customer service on here we are all fellow customers on here like yourself 

You can post your information  and someone  may be able to help, or you could  call sky  on your  mobile on 150

Sky won't contact you. Your Community tag name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you have so they won't know who you are anyway. You need to initiate the contact. Of course, if your mobile services are restricted due to a missed payment any calls to Sky will only prompt you to pay.

I placed an order for my new property got the email confirming & straight away it was cancelled.  Can you explain thanks.
