Ive cancelled my sky, equipment return

I have posted my sky equipment back and only just realised I didn't add a note with my account number. 

 

 

How should I go about it ?. It seems impossible to talk to an actual person. Would the proof of postage be enough ?

@Kp39 it should be but be prepared to be threatened with a charge then call Sky and thry will give you a link  to send a picture of the postal receipt..

@Kp39 

They should be able to track that it is from you via the return lable and the QR code that is on it so not putting these detailos in should not be an issue.
