Is it something we can help with?

If not, these are the current methods for contacting Sky. Some contact methods will be more appropriate than others depending on the issue you have.

🟡 📞 Call Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you have Sky Broadband. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.

All calls will start automated (aka ‘the bot’) which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.

🟡online help via this link
https://www.sky.com/help
If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow.

🟡Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via
https://www.sky.com/help
for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

🟡Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on Facebook or Instagram, (links at the bottom of the forum page).

Note ~ ROI customers If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of any link is showing the correct flag and change if required. The Sky Ireland phone lines have different operating hours to the UK and are closed over a weekend.

Re: Can I please speak to a real person

I am also struggling to find a number to contact sky. I have been having issues with my.internet for 2 weeks now, it asks me to test it online, its testing my old address so it constantly throws up errors but still unable to phone someone about it. I have tried the automated help section, It said someone would phone me back, but never did, it will no longer load up the automated help now so I can't even get in touch with them. Im constantly having slow speeds, buffering, xbox is constantly on moderate connection, its really frustrating now and im close to leaving sky because of this.

Re: Can I please speak to a real person

I ended my contract then didn't use them again for around 5 years, now back with them and it still uses the old address. Spoken to people on the phone about it, they said they would sort it, it hasn't been. I have phoned constantly about my internet connection on an xbox series x (2 of them) one wired up and one wireless, both have major issues with moderate and strict connection types, according to sky there is no issues, but I download at less than a quarter of the speed im meant to be getting, both wired and wireless. Im gonna phone back on Monday to have it looked into further as its causing issues trying to game online but also streaming pauses regular on different devices (phones, laptop, xbox, fire stick, tv itself) but apparently no issues.

No0e, cancelled over 5 years ago, then came back to the 2 years ago. The address issue has never been resolved, but neither has the connection issues. I just get told its fine.

When you returned did you then setup a new ID to access your services as the previous one will have been closed when you cancelled so that might be why it is showing your previous address.

Hi @VidaDonkoh  Sorry not us guys. Please see Welcome below for information about this community. Please note, telephone numbers are blocked in this community. Dial 150 if you have Sky Talk or Mobile.
