This is becomming the norm for most companies. Customer services are being replaced by AI/off shore hybrid models as it's cheap. 

There are not that many companies that offer only UK based human call centres.

One of the few companies that doesn't have any offshore call centres (EE) recently topped Ofcom's complaint report for broadband and Pay TV.  Sky is still performing well in spite of the complaints about customer service on this forum.
