Unexpected texts

I keep having texts saying you're investigating a case but I haven't reported anything so why am I having these ? The text says 

 

"We're sorry it's taking longer than expected to investigate your case. We'll contact you once we have an update." 

 

I haven't put any complaints in so what on earth is going on !?

There's nothing there only about changing my direct debit details

It appears to have been sent to you in error, perhaps someone has put in a complaint but has made an error in entering their mobile number hence you getting this.
