Call centre uk based

Is there a phone number for a UK call centre please.  I keep finding lots of numbers but not the one I need.

@Chrissie65  No , you will be put through to the first available agent regardless of where there based 

 

you can't specify location

@Chrissie65  It would also be pointless having different numbers for the various locations used, Sky need to ensure call volumes are distributed across the various sites to help with demand.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I had a free trail for sky cinema, cancelled it on due date and they have very kindly slapped a £60 cancellation fee on my account. Called them 3 times and it still hasn't been removed.

I'm getting a bit desperate now as I can't afford an extra £60

Is it showing as a credit on your account meaning the next couple of payments will be less?

Ive the same problem,spent 45 minutes on Monday getting passed to 4 different departments,and still on my bill not cancelled been on the fone another 40 minutes tonight,im ready just to cancel my direct debit then let them ring me and explain the problem,last contract ill be taking with sky im afraid😡

You have to give 31 days notice to remove items - they are not removed immediately.

 

Withholding payment will not resolve this...  (they won't call you)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Seeing as you only called on Monday it isn't surprsing they are still on your latest bill as the billing system doesn't work like that especially if that next bill is due to be paid in the next 14 days or less as any changes will not appear on that but should on the next bill but back dated until the Monday.

They will not ring you if you were to do this but might email/text you as cancelling the direct debit really isn't a good idea as it will lead to more issues like your services being restricted and a missed payment being added to your credit record.

Strange that,when i got an email to cancel the sports which i did and have confirmation back,but never got one for the cinema,when i rang on Monday girl said she had cancelled it,but tonight they said they cant cancel it and she had to send of some sort of request so badically they tell lies when they give you a FREE TRIAL,ive emails from them with the discounts covering the 2 months on both sports and cinema which makes it even stranger now there billing me after 4 weeks and they cant see that on there system,ready to crack up😡

5 calls it took me, if I could remember what number I called I would give it to you. All I use to get was yes it's sorted it will show on your bill, yer did it hell.

In the end I just told them it gets sorted or I'm stopping the direct debit and cancelling  altogether. Been with sky for 30 years, and just remembered why I never take them up on their offers of free month subscription. Because they always mess it up. 

I really do hope you get it sorted. It takes alot of perseverance and trying to keep your cool

Yep very frustrating,ill try tomoro again,lucky i have the emails with the price and the refund on them for the 2 months,ill keep ringing till i get the UK call centre,use to get Scottish girls and they were brilliant,just seem to be going around in circles.
