Broadband say I have to pay bill when it’s been paid

Sky mobile app states that I have to pay my broadband bill, yet I paid the bill on the 10/10/25.

@Wolfsfone  If a bill was paid on the 10/10/25 then this months will be due for the 10/11/25.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
