Bill
When I speak to others, I see that I’m paying a lot more for my internet. I’ve been with Sky for three years, but I’m paying more than people who have just joined. I’d like to understand the reason for this.

Re: Bill
Better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join. Most providers now do this. You'll have benefited from such offers in the past.
If you choose to jump ship and go with another provider then in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position with that provider and if you want you'll be able to return to Sky as a new customer and gain the benefits available at that time.

Re: Bill
@Denizalinalis You will have had your New Customer deal when you joined 3 years ago, all companies have deals to attract new customers.
You're no longer a New Customer therefore can't expect the new customer deals again.

Re: Bill
Quite simply because it's easier to retain customers than acquire new ones.
