Broadband say I have to pay bill when it’s been paid

Sky mobile app states that I have to pay my broadband bill, yet I paid the bill on the 10/10/25.

@Wolfsfone  If a bill was paid on the 10/10/25 then this months will be due for the 10/11/25.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Bill is due on the 24/10/25 but paid it early

Paying it early is pointless as not only can it causedissues like this all you might be doing is to not pay the bill but to actually add a credit to your account so do you see a credit on it ?
