I'm not sure if it is available on a Sunday but you could try the chat here:

Select "Yes, I still need help" at the bottom of the page.

@Abby5  You can call on 150 froma Sky Landline.

 

Or alternatively if you let the forum know the issue we may be able to help or get your post escalated to Sky via the Community Messaging service (if they are able to help).

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I've just tried that they said need to speak to billing team and I've spoken to them before on here on a Sunday my post just needs to get escalated to the sky team

If you've tried the chat and that's what you were told, there's no point in escalating for another online chat here. You'll have to call as suggested.

@Abby5  If your discounts have ended and you're wanting to discuss renewal/cheaper bills then you need to follow the advice provided, the Community Messaging Team cannot deal with that.
