Boardband price

My boardband contract ending on May 10. The last payment is on April 11. The price you show me is £46, but I can't accept over £27 per month, if not, I say goodbye to you. Thank you!

@Fonnie  You're not contacting Sky via posting here,  no one here knows who you are.

If you want to negotiate a new deal you need to call.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Fonnie

Your contract does NOT end on 10 May. Your discounts end so you'll be paying full undiscounted price until you cancel the subscription in the proper way or renegotiate a new discount.

...or switch to another provider.  I suspect £27 as an existing customer is an unrealistic expectation.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Re: Boardband price

It means I won't continue to subscribe the SKY boardband while the contract date ended. And other thing, how to return the SKY router

@Fonnie If Sky require the router to be returned they will send out packaging once your service ends.

Make sure you are aware though unless you cancel or move to another provider your contact does not end in May, all that ends is your discounted period.

@Fonnie
If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging (to the address where the account was active) near the end of any cancellation period (which is 14 days for Broadband) for any loaned equipment they are expecting back. Sky may not ask for older hubs back such as the Sky Q hub.

If the arrival of packaging is delayed, lost or damaged on arrival it’s the customers responsibility to use their own packaging to return it. You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
