Overpaid bill
I have been overcharged this month by fifty pounds.

Have you looked at the itemised bill in your My Sky account to see where the difference has come from to what you were expecting?
Could it be possible that some discounts you had on your deal have now expired? ( looking at the itemised bill and comparing it with the previous month should help spot that)
