Hello, I am moving to London next month and want to set up my sky/broadband package. I have followed the steps online, but when I get to the question about if I have lived at the same address for the past 3 years I say no but it will only accept UK postcodes. How do I get around this, since I have not lived in the UK before? I have tried typing in Ireland, to no avail. Thanks!

You will have to call Sky about this so under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
