How do I know I've paid my bills  does it show I've paid of it's in green , I am also in credit

Well you should have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up so it should be automated meaning you don't need to be worried about it providing there are sufficient funds in the account.

If it has been payment by the payment method you have set up on your account then it might say "Payment received" and that the bill total is £0.00.

Why does both my Sky TV & Broadband also Mobile phones say Paid on this App when they are sending Text messages to say I need to pay?

It will say paid when either the money is in the process of being taken or the bills have been paid so really you should be receiving those texts messages if the bill says this.
