Bills

Rang today to see if the could cancel or change my tv package to a cheaper one. If I want to cancel id have to pay £600. Tried selling me different more expensive packages . I pay 56 for the bog standard tv n Netflixs package.. would not even help to lower my bill after iv been with that for around 15year

Sounds like you are in an agreed minimum term where they don't have to offer you better price (and would incur early termination charges).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Note that the latest T’s and C’s explicitly state you can’t cancel when still in a minimum term deal unless Sky agree. (If they agree you’ll have to pay the remainder of your discounted term).
