cant access new account

I placed an order today with Sky Mobile, and I used an email which I hadn't yet created an account with. 

I have received order confirmation emails from this email address, but when I tried to log in to my account, it said the account doesn't exist. 

I then created an account with the same email address in hopes it would link, but it doesn't show anything. I look at my orders; nothing comes up. I go to my bills; nothing comes up. 

 

I try go to the manage my account tab, but it doesn't load. 

 

my main concern is that i can't access my order and manage my account.

You might need to give it 24 hours for the account to become active after placing the order to be able to see the details of it once you have linked the account. If you are still having issues after this then you will need to contact Sky (phone or social media) to get help with getting into your account.
