Why have you altered my contract without telling me,when I renew a year ago on 24 month contract .and is there someone you can actually speak with .very angry .

@Ladytoad it's only exceptionally that Sky agree fixed price contracts. It seems yours is a standard contract with an annual price increase.

Only change would be price rise?

@Ladytoad  There was the annual price increase in April which you would have been notified about

I took a contract last July for 24 month so I have a year left on this contract.they have put me on a rolling contract without asking me ,but I signed up for 24 month ,so I'm losing out here .I see this as breach of contract .but no one answers any calls just robots or so called links .

They certainly do answer calls but they will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

@Ladytoad  Sky aren't allowed to change contract lengths without customer consent 

 

apart from the April price increase the only other increases would be from discounts expiring as not all of them have to last the duration of the contract 

 

you would have been informed when signing when the discounts would expire
