Hi, I've tried to view my bills as I was looking to get a new contract, I cound'nt view my bills as "page is restricted". I tried contacting sky, phone number doesn't work, can't see mail address to contact sky,  Chat bot was useless and I'm out of ideas on how to contact sky. As I was paying with direct debit, they are taking money with no problems per month. My contract has ended so the increased cost has risen from €35 per month to €65 per month. I was hoping to just renew a contract and bring the price down, but seeing I can't contact sky I can't do anything.

 

Therefore I tried to cancel the direct debit, but I didn't have an option on the bank account app, I rang my bank and sky is not a direct debit but a  subscription,  so I didn't have the option to cancel the payments, I need to cancel with sky... How can I cancel if sky cannot be contacted?? Mafia banking going on here I think.... My bank has agreed to put a block on the sky account so at least sky cannot take anymore money from me. I will make arragements for my broadband service elsewhere.. Sky, Why can't customers get in contact with you, I didn't even have an issue with the service, All I wanted was to see my bills and renew the contract??? I will not be ringing the bank to remove the block by the way so I will not be able to pay sky in the future.. Please issue me with all my bills for the last 12 months.

Cancelling the payment method will only add to your problems. Reinstate the payments and then contact Sky Ireland (as you've mentioned euros). Sky don't use email for general communication. 

You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, alternatively you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

I will not be held hostage to not being able to contact sky. It's up to sky to make themselfs available to customers if there are issues, Please give me somewhere I can contact easily, Phone #, e-mail, webform, chat bot, anything that will get me touch with someone so these issues can be solved, I will not be thrawling throught websites to try and find a solution and will not be signing up to new things.... If you want I can contact ComReg to get the name of sky complaints department... Again, how can I cancel if I can't contact you??? This is a community forum, this should not be the only form of communication i have with sky, I am a customer but not for long, please do better...

Why don't you just tell me what the ROI phone number is?? I still can't find it...

In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.

 

The link I have already provided has the phone number for Sky Ireland. You may need to set up a payment method before you can get through.

Ok, after trawling through the website for a 0333 number I found it and rang it, guess what, I doesn't work... suprise suprise...

I'm afraid they won't. They will restrict your services, add late payment fees and until you pay what you owe they won't talk to you and you won't be able to cancel.

 

You've had ample advice on here but it's your choice if you wish to ignore it.
