If you need to call Sky then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:

UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Like calling most companies the start will be automated responses which may try to send you back to the forum.

Hi all spoke for a long time to a sky representitive today, from the sky homepage after you log in dont go to the billing page as that is not for your mobile, rather at the top of the page click mobile> Manage, there you will see all your mobile plan info.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

I get this too on the website and the app says the account isn't authorised to access the app?? Any ideas how to sort it I need to view my bill to double check extra charges so I can budget
