can a chat be reopened still cant log into account properly to pay my bills due to the farce that is the sky app part being restricted

chatted for half hour but didnt get anywhere then saif i was away for weekend so chat had finished need to sort this immediately as dont want negative note on crdit file due to your app not working pls provide chat asap thnks

sky im still waiting for chat, ive advised that i will get a late payment charge on my file and i want to pay my bill, please sort a chat this morning

Sky this has been going on for 2 weeks trying to sort this on here . Please can you connect a live chat to his is impossible. Why are so many people having the same issues but most of all I don't want my credit file damages due to your app not letting me pay. I will be making a complaint if this is not sorted soon

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
