Billing

Hi I was charged last January 19 with £19.39 and I saw on my online account that I have still due bill this coming Janauary 27. Just want to ask why am I billed twice? Thanks

As a new customer you are charged twice within the first month as you can read about here:

After that the billing is monthly.
