Billing
I canceled my sky tv and broadband in October 2025 but I received a bill for December 2025 I'm curious as to why this happened.

I think I know what you've done but can you tell us how you cancelled? Did Sky sent you an email acknowledging the cancellation?

Hi @Jack-58 So when was the last day of service, I'm guessing 31 days after you requested the cancellation? If this is the case then your December bill was probably generated (14 days in advance of payment date) while you were still a customer? So many people change their mind during the notice period, Sky cannot assume that you won't.

Hi, I canceled Sky TV in October but had to keep the broadband. So my TV account finished up on the 14th November. Broad band was the 31st of November.
