Billing

Hi, does anyone know if I can have my TV and broadband In one bill to be paid on the same date? I am a new customer and activated these today and I've already got bills due but the WiFi and TV are separate and due on different days. Now to most people this wouldn't be a problem but I have Autism and ADD so this is panicking me as I wasn't aware this would happen, I just expected one bill for both things which is much less stressful for me.

You will need to wait for both bills to have their 1st payments taken before you can change it to the same date.  Change your payment method or date | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

@Mumzy6578

My understanding is that if you're a new customer two months payments have to be made before you can change the date.

You might find that your first bill after a date change is different as it might cover a longer date period due to the date being changed.
