Billing

Hello Sky Community, I'm new to this and I don't have a clue what's happening, but basically my problem is I've paid my bill, first time I paid manually and it went as credit cause it was direct debit, was an error, but I'm fine with it, but when they took direct debit out, it now says they haven't received it even though Sky took it out my bank, so I'm a little confused, hope to hear from you soon 🙂

What is your Sky payment date? If it's recent, it's possible that your bank has made payment but it hasn't yet been received and processed by Sky.

 

Yes, as you've discovered, there's no need to make manual payments. They won't necessarily stop the automated monthly payment being made too, so you end up paying twice. 

 

Just for your information, if you're new to Sky your second payment is due normally around 2 weeks after the first one.
