Final Bill amount waier request

I have recently cancelled services with Sky Broadband. When I spoke to the operator in customer services, he confirmed that my final bill would be around £57 for early cancellation, If you could waive the amount off as i have moved from the country for good. Can this be done

We are customers here. You aren't talking to Sky Customer Services on here. Early termination charges won't be cancelled just because you've moved abroad Im afraid.
