Returned equipment in October but still getting texts to say sky has not received it
I returned all the SKY equipment in October but I am still getting texts to say it has not been received. My local Post office is a village Post Office where everyone knows everyone and they have confirmed it definitely went back to SKY. What is going on ?

Proof of posting is in the house somewhere, but not where I left it, it has been moved and at this time cannot find it!!!

We can still escalate your post to the messaging team without this proof of posting but without it then it might take a little longer fpr them to sort this out for you so do you want your post to be escalated to Sky's messaging team ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
