Billing

So I have just received a email saying that my payment didn't go through so I have come onto the app to pay it manually and there says it has been payed. I'm very confused.

Are you sure the email was from Sky, if it was it would address you by your actual name, if it was from a scammer it might say something like "Dear customer" and there might also be a link that says it goes to your account but it will go anywhere but there.

 

If the email was from Sky and the app it showing the bill has been paid then you will have no issues.

How do you normally pay? Are you sure the email is from Sky? If you pay by continuous card payment or direct debit leave that to work.
