Hi have all ready payed 83.00 pound for my sky bill it states am in credit but sky them selfs are still trying to take a direct debit out of my bank even though I have payed it any advice would be appreciated

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs you have a direct debit or card payment set up you should never need to make a payment as you have done. What will happen now is a credit will appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid and this will be used to pay your next bill so on that bill no money will be taken from your account. You can have the payment you made returned once the direct debit has been taken.

Yes I made the manual payment on the 21st of this month I haven't set up direct debit I did manually every month

Find out more@Clairebxy you must have given Sky some form of payment method (direct debit/card payment) as it's a condition of signup otherwise Sky wouldn't be attempting to take payment, as you have a payment method on your account You should not have paid it, as doing so won't stop sky taking the payment themselves

the payment you made has been applied to next months bill and not the one sky are taking payment for
