Billing issue

good afternoon. I keep receiving this text message

 

Hi. Please return our Sky equipment as soon as possible to avoid non-return charges. For more info go to sky.com/returns

 

now I have received this one

 

 

Hi. Following our previous reminders, we've applied a charge to your account as we haven't received our Sky equipment back. For more info go to sky.com/returns

 

I have never cancelled my sky can you help with this?

This is not correct I have not cancelled or amended my sky Concrete
