New costumer

I have rejoined sky after years being with now I have tried to log in with new sky id but keeps getting a blocked account as it's the same email I spoke to customer service got told to make new email to access I have done that but know I have to get permission of the original account which I can't get access to as sky can't unblock it. I'm already regretting joining sky it's awful service and no help just stupid automated customer service then people who don't know they jobs. Any help I would be so grateful

Hi @Katajn1984-   If you change your mind, I would do it quickly while you are still in your cooling off period.
