Billing issue
I left UK in June and before I left I officially closed my account. I handed over the broadband equipment as well. Why do I see I'm being billd until August? I don't even live in the UK anymore . Can someone help ?

August was last month so are you being billed or do you see a credit on the account ?

I attached as to how it looks like. On the other hand i am getting an email from some team called BPO to collect the same amount. I am not sure what this is

What date did you cancel with Sky ?
What does the 24th September or October bill show ?

I left UK as of 29th May so the equipments were sent by 29th May. I have not been to the UK since then. This is what i see in the bill! I was not due any amount when I left. I paid everything.

That image can't be shown as the account number is visible.
Im not sure what is going on here or why you are still being billed so you are going to have to contact Sky about this.
