Billing information question

I just logged on to look at my bills and get a message saying that "no payment details"  

 

I have paid via my credit card for the past 20+ years so not sure what has happened

Are those payments through a continuous card payment that you've set up that takes the payment automatically each month or have you been making manual payments?

Yes has been continous payments for all the time of the full amount each month.

Only thing that has changed was last week I downgraded my phone service but that should not make a difference I would have thought.

Try entering your card details again on your account to see if that clears the message.

Maybe the logged card is now out of date (or shortly will be)?
