Billing increase

I know sky increase prices mid contract but are saying around 6.5 % on average.

 

my tv is £15 and going up £3 which is 20%

my broadband is £17 and also going up £3 nearly 18%

anyone know why mine are so much higher ?

Sky calculate the percentage increase based on the list price, not the discounted price you're currently paying. Sky are therefore indicating the average increase in list price across all their services.

As sky are not updating my old broadband with updates and the same with the tv box...i had no option but to go to  Q.. I was told i would have cinema and sports  free for 2 months. ...checked next bill.....im totally shocked to find my bill has gone from £74...to over £100....my regular calls to reduce my sky bills at £74 should give you the idea ,and i have told you numerous times im a pensioner ,but to almost double my bill is unbelieveable ... ...sort it.... please, you will be taking over an 1/8 of my State Pension.... im not abusive.....call me.....

You are not contacting Sky here - just other customers...  Go ahead and call them...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
