Speak to customer service advisor

I want to change my payment date. But I can't do it online. I tried many times.

Call Sky by dialling 150 from your Sky Talk landline. It's free. 

Why can't you do it online (remember that if you're a new broadband customer you have to allow 2 payments to go through before you can change it to a more suitable date)?
