Billed

Could someone please advise me on what to do? I'm going round in circles and not getting anywhere. I swapped over from talk talk in April this year and I'm still being charged for their service. I have a debt collector on my back now. What do I do? Thanks in advance.

@Mans  If talk talk have initiated debt collection proceedings then this is something you need to take up with talk talk and the debt collection company directly as sky won't get involved 

 

if you used the one touch switch service then sky should have notified talk talk with regards to phone/ internet transfer but not tv subscription services if you also had those with talk talk that is your responsibility to cancel direct with talk talk
