Bill

I need to speak to someone about my bill. I cancelled sky multi room when I did a new contract and have been billed for it every month since. I need this investigated and refunded. I want multi room cancelled going forward also and it won't let me do it on the screen 
i want this investigated, my call listened to , to get a refund and for you to log a complaint on my behalf.

You can either call Sky or register a complaint here, if you do this and know the date you called Sky then let them know this along with the time of the call so if needs be they can listen to what was said to you:

You aren’t contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers. Did you receive an email acknowledging the cancellation of Multiscreen (Sky Q) / Multiroom (Sky+)?

We have tried to call but cannot find the number to call. It directs us to do it on line. 
please advise the number to call as this is hard work

From a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile dial 150 to call Sky (free).

Alternatively you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and a 0333 number is displayed.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated 0818 ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment/s any calls will only prompt you to pay what you owe.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
