Bill

Why is it since im no longer in contract with

Sky (I'm still customer) my bills are getting higher and higher.  This month my bill was

£255.00 this is absolutely extortionate. Has thisbeen happening to anyone else and how can i get it reduced before i decide to leave.

@AJ0754

Yes. You have no discounts so will be paying the full standard price and will be affected by the annual price rise in April.

You can either give 31 days notice to leave or negotiate a new discount which will require a new 24 month minimum term.

@AJ0754 Sky wants people in contracts, it provides them with certainty about revenue etc. and in return they often give discounts accordingly. When you're not in contract you'll be at list price which is a trade of off flexibility at the cost of higher rates.

Call Sky and try to get through to their retention team to see what deal they can offer you. Be prepared to take it on the spot because that offer might not be available again.
