In case you aren’t aware this is a customer to customer forum and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.

 

Are the dates the same for both bills? Are you a new customer?

Have you made a manual payment and Sky have also taken it via your payment method you have set up on your account ?

In case you're not aware, we're mainly customers here and it's unlikely that Sky will reply to your post.
