Bill taken twice

I made a manual payment for my sky bill a few days ago and it went through fine, however the direct debit went through aswell today. My account says im in credit for the amount for next months payment, but i would prefer a refund. How do i go about this?

As you have a direct debit set up @Leigh_88 you do not need to make any manual payments because as you have found doing this close to your billing date it will not stop the direct debit from being taken.
