Closed account - credit in account to be refunded

I cklsed my account on 27th August, around 60 days ago and was told i would be receiving a refund of around £8. This never came and I was charged my full bill again in September so now my account is currently in credit of £57 and no signs of it going back to my bank account. I called Sky in September and they said the full amount woud be refunded on 18th October. It hasnt. Please can someone help with when and how this money will be refunded to my bank account?

You might want to check with rhem

that your account has now been closed so that no more payments will be taken.
