Bill dispute

I spoke to Sky regarding a bill of sale£188-00 and they told me it was a mistake now they have suspended my account

Unfortunately any calls to Sky will only prompt you to pay what they believe you owe them. 

What's the full story to this (if you're willing to share)?

If your services have been restricted due to lack of payment then it's very difficult to talk to them until the outstanding amount is paid.

 

You could try withholding your number (141 prefix) or calling from a different number and try get around the IVR.

 

Best way would be to pay the outstanding amount - any mistakes would be credited.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
