Bill Page Restricted

I want to view my bill but both the MySky webpage and app say the page is restricted. Can my query be escalated so that I can have this issue resolved?

I was able to fix this issue by contacting Sky through their Whatsapp message service! An agent helped me regain access to the bills page and everything is working now.

I am logged in online but bilsa and payments blocked by  Bill Page Restricted and want to get access
